THE KINGS CROSS HOTEL • BLACKPOOL

I had a fantastic stay at this welcoming, family-run hotel! The service was excellent, and the facilities were great. I really appreciated the friendly atmosphere and how safe I felt throughout my stay. My room was spotless and well-maintained. The on-site pub and bar were great additions, and I loved that I could buy snacks whenever I needed. The games room was a brilliant touch, especially the pinball machine! The highlight for me was the Tower Burger – freshly made from scratch and absolutely delicious. The only downside? Having to leave! The hotel had such a great atmosphere, and I was really enjoying my stay. Everything was so well-run, and the people were lovely. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer! A fantastic stay in a welcoming hotel with great food and atmosphere!

Can’t fault this hotel at all, the host is lovely and made us feel very welcome, he was always there to help when needed. The hotel itself is clean and has a great atmosphere. The bed was clean and comfortable with en-suite toilet and shower. We will definitely stay here again.

Brilliant stay here for 3 nights. Let us leave our bags there before check in as our train was a morning one so we could enjoy our first day without carrying our bags until check in. Lovely friendly service, really informative about everything the hotel has to offer. Great bar with brilliant selection of drinks. Great area with seating, arcade games, pinball, bingo etc, even 2 thrones to be kings and queens. Tea and coffee machine (as there aren't any in the rooms), vending machine and a pool table, lots to enjoy. Room was clean and a great base for our stay. Slightly small room and bathroom but this didnt bother us. Was enough to sleep, and get ready every day. And chill out every night too. Tv, and a space either side of the bed to hang clothes and store your things. Water and mints in the room for you and reed diffusers making it smell lovely. All the usual towels and hand-wash etc. And a hair dryer. We tend to go out and about all day on our trips but was a great place to come back to and relax after our busy days. Along with the great choice of gins, whiskeys, vodkas etc they have an brilliant burger menu. Lots to choose from and they are definitely amazing. We had burger and chips there for one of our meals during our stay and it was delicious, definitely recommend trying! Everyone there is super helpful and friendly. Nothing too much. There's a bell on the bar that you can ring if you need anything if they aren't around at any point. Its a family hotel so curfew is 1am, you have a fob for the main door and keys to your room door. And its situated in a really great place for the tower, coral island and attractions round there and the town, beach and piers, and obviously close to trams and buses for anything else. Brilliant stay and we would definitely like to be back for our next trip!
